The latest presentation adds the new Conceptual Master Plan but is overall more condensed than previous presentations. The plan has been shared widely with other community and Tribal stakeholders, and we are soliciting feedback and questions.
2025 Presentation for Community and Tribal Webinars
Portland Botanical Gardens gave presentations for two webinars hosted with the Department of Environmental Quality. The first webinar involved six federally recognized Tribes heavily involved with
habitat restoration in the Portland Harbor. The second webinar was open to the general public. The webinar allowed for questions and answers, and feedback is being integrated into ongoing conceptual planning.
2024 Presentation for Multnomah County Master Gardener Association Speaker Series.
PBG was invited to present in November 2024 for the Multnomah Master Gardener Association monthly Speaker Series. We were grateful for the opportunity and presented ‘A Botanical Garden by the River,’ which provides the most recent summary and updates on the potential of the McCormick & Baxter site for a Portland Botanical Gardens location.
